20 quart pack Amish Ice Cream Mix Tuesday, August 25, 2026 Reviewer: Brent Voorheis from Harrisburg, MO United States   I made 5 gallons of ice cream on Father's Day at our church. People said it was the best homemade ice cream they had ever tasted. Plan to made another 5 gallons in October. This is absolutely the best and easiest ice cream mix that I have ever used! 29 quart Ice cream mix Thursday, August 1, 2024 Reviewer: Gary   Good mix. Substitute powdered sugar for granulated sugar at a rate of 1-3/4 cups per cup of granulated sugar. 10 cups for a 20 quart freezer. We use 5 cans of Eagle Brand condensed milk rather than 2. It reduces the amount of ice crystals in the ice cream. The recipe on the package can leave the taste a little grainy so powdered sugar and extra butterfat solves the problem. Nice and creamy now. Received the package in 2 days, was quite surprised.  Great Ice cream, went head to head with a recipe that was all fresh ingredients and no one could tell the difference.
